We were created in the nature He created us, though some aspects He requires us to maintain. Long nails can cause harm and are unclean, so it is part of our nature as human beings to trim them. Excessive growth of pubic hair carries odor and could be a haven for filth and disease, so we trim our pubic hair. Similarly, the uncircumcised foreskin can be a haven of filth and infection, not to mention spreading of this filth during intercourse, so circumcision removes this harm. A person who doesn't do these things is closer to an animal than a human.
If Fitrah means what is natural, and if having circumcision is Fitrah, does that mean that Allah created us in an unnatural or wrong form that we have to fix it by hand?
