There aren't evil spirits everywhere because there aren't evil spirits anywhere because anything attributed to evil spirits are almost always turn out to be some form of psychological/psychiatric issue, be it schizophrenia, epilepsy, drug affectation, trauma, et al. when investigated thoroughly.
